ROI of Brand Strategy & Design

Quick Recap Overview

  • The impact Brand Strategy & Design makes on your sales and reputation is significant, although not always represented in numerical value. Additionally, Not having aligned and intentional branding can negatively impact your business, sales and profit.

How your investment in design & strategy will pay off.

Because why invest in it, if it isn’t making an impact?

I’m going to be honest and tell you that seeing an ROI after you work on your Branding Strategy, Positioning and Identity Design is often a long game as there aren’t quite as many trackable metrics you can see right away. {Then again I’ve had clients make back over 5 figures of their investment the week of their rebrand launch. Coincidence? I think not.}

However, the impact that it makes on your sales and reputation is significant, and not having aligned and intentional branding can negatively impact your business, sales and profit opportunity.

01. Attracting the Right People

Even if you aren’t attracting MORE people, you are finally calling in the people that REEALLLY Value what you do and how you do it. You are speaking to their desires and needs and they trust you and see you as a valuable asset in their life. This means they are more easily willing to pay for your experience, products, and services and you don’t have to spend so much time and effort convincing them to purchase. They know you are the right fit and don’t look back.

02. Higher Brand Awareness

A successful rebrand can generate a longterm buzz and attract attention from existing and potential customers, increasing your business's awareness and visibility.

More people who come in your doors and on your site = More opportunity for sales and profit.

When you have a higher brand awareness, it gives you more opportunities to reach more people that are excited to buy from you.

03. Higher Brand Engagement

More people are excited and curious as ever about what you have to offer, because it is exciting, fresh and something they are proud to be apart of. (Visuals and copywriting are the key here). Understanding how to relate with your target audience helps them trust you and feel more comfortable engaging and being apart of your community.

04. Increased Value Perception

Through clear messaging and elevated branding, you are able to increase the target customers perceived value of your offers. Often times these are transactional values but branding also brings in an emotional connection that automatically deems your business as more valuable to a specific type of person based on your approach, aesthetics and motives, values, and the experiential way you make them feel.

05. Brand Recall | Recognition & Consistency

After rebranding your people can distinctly remember the way your brand looks, the way you made them feel, and your brand name and messaging comes to the top of their mind when they need that specific thing you offer.

What’s worst than a product you really love and you can’t for the life of you remember how to find it again or know if you are getting the same one or a different brand all together?

Having a consistent and distinct brand can help customers find you over and over again.

06. A Strong Emotional Connection with your audience

How they see your brand is now positive and relatable. They feel emotionally connected to your content, purpose and offerings. They are keyed into what you have to say because they admire what you do and how you do it. They want to be apart of what you are doing.

07. Brand Preference & Customer Loyalty

People prefer working and buying from your brand over everyone else in your space because you are going over the top in serving them well. If you are fulfilling their needs, there’s really no reason for them to leave. The customer experience is detailed oriented and thought through, the offerings are a perfect fit, and the product or experience is exceeding expectations and everything is a vibe because your brand experience is ON POINT. Less money is spent on marketing dollars bringing in new customers, because HELLO you have a community that supports you over and over again, not to mention all the times they’ve raved about you to a friend.

All of these I see as key elements for a brand to thrive in the current competitor landscape and all of these are generated by
